The 4 ply yarns are great for these scarves and stranded colourway  work. Its the green around the neck show casing this yarn .I mixed two colours hope to do some in 8ply..This colour is in the middle of group photo. The sampler is a project I have been working on trialing Gotland yarn for stranded color work its the base genetics of the sheep that produce this yarn that over dyes so beautifully .As Gotland is a longer staple the colour will stay in the garments in some manufactured yarn for colourway work the colour is introduced by adding very small fibers of coloured yarn that can work their way out.
